Service Description

This is the flagship class of Three Elements Karate. Our co-ed Adult Class is open to students aged 14 and up and offers three to four hours of training each week, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace. Coloured belts are dismissed at 9:00 pm, while black belts continue for an additional half hour. Coloured belts are also welcome and encouraged to stay for independent training during that time.
